David’s career in finance extends back 25 years as a chartered accountant with some of the biggest and most connected financial institutions in Melbourne.
A proud Mornington resident of ten years, David opened Bayland Finance in 2016 to serve his local community, specialising in lending solutions to help Mornington to grow.
David has been actively involved in his local community as board member for Peninsula Leisure, formerly audit and risk committee member for Frankston City Council, and member of the Mount Martha Life Saving Club.
David enjoys seeing local people thrive, always ready for a chat at various local sporting events, and enjoys staying active by swimming and running.
Very personable, David enjoys helping people to find their financial feet, loves meeting people and has plenty of time for those he meets.
Kajan Gnanapiragasam
Finance Specialist
Kajan is an ex-financial planner and mortgage broker with almost a decade of experience in the industry. He is passionate about helping clients achieve financial stability and security through wealth creation and debt reduction strategies. Kajan has extensive expertise in investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, and risk management. He is also skilled in mortgage lending and life insurance, providing clients with a comprehensive approach to their financial goals.
Kajan's experience includes working as a Financial Planner and Mortgage Broker. He has provided financial advice on superannuation, insurance, and mortgages, and has built strong relationships with his clients by providing ongoing support and guidance.
Samuel Fraser
Finance Specialist
Sam enjoys working for clients and providing financial solutions for them. Taking a professional approach to his job, Sam works collaboratively with his clients and uses his knowledge and experience of the various lending options that are available to help better inform the client and select the best option for them. In his spare time, Sam enjoys playing community sports, and additionally getting out and about with friends and family. Sam has completed both a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Mortgage Broking / Finance and has been working in the industry since 2015.
Benjamin Simmons
Finance Specialist
Ben is an important part of the Tango team, and has a strong maths and science background. He thrives on the challenges involved with helping clients through their financial endeavours. Outside of the workspace, Ben enjoys playing soccer for his team in Somerville, and playing the guitar. Ben loves working closely with clients throughout the process to ensure they have a positive and rewarding experience.
Helen Fraser
Business Manager
Working in the industry since 2013, Helen manages our team ensuring our business run efficiently. Helen brings to the business many skills from her previous experience managing a Registered Training Organisation for a not for profit, including strong interpersonal skills and a lifelong focus on supporting others. Helen has a passion for running and can often be seen training around the Mornington Peninsula preparing for her next long-distance event. Helen is passionate helping people achieve their financial goals.
